When You Can Get a Refund
- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking, if the flight is 7 or more days away.
- Flight cancellation or significant schedule change/delay (greater than 3 hours domestic, 6 hours international), where the customer did not take a rebooked/delayed/rescheduled flight and did not choose a travel credit.
- Death of a ticketed customer.
- Diamond Elite members who cancel at least 24 hours before departure.
