How to Get a Refund — Step by Step
- 1Log in to your FedEx account
- 2Navigate to the 'File Claim(s)' tab and select the appropriate claim type
- 3Enter the tracking or PRO number and complete the claim form with required details
- 4Submit the claim and await confirmation; track status via the 'Reports' tab
When You Can Get a Refund
- Shipment must be damaged, missing, or lost
- Claim must be filed within the applicable time window (60 days for damage/missing, 9 months for loss)
- Original packaging must be retained until claim is resolved

So I bought an item from a European shop on 05/30 and the shop put the wrong shipping address on the package and ships it out on 05/31 which caused the package that was supposed to be delivered on 06/02 to get lost in Fedex customs as soon as it entered the United States on 05/31. I waited until 06/
