How to Get a Refund — Step by Step
- 1Watch for a text or email from DICE if an event is canceled or rescheduled.
- 2For eligible rescheduled events or cooling-off requests, ask for the refund in the DICE app or at dice.fm/refund.
- 3If the event has an active wait list, offer your ticket to the wait list and wait for another fan to purchase it.
- 4Allow 5 to 10 working days for the refund to reach your account.
When You Can Get a Refund
- Canceled events are fully refunded automatically.
- Rescheduled events can be refunded if you cannot make the new date and DICE allows requests for that event.
- If the event organizer explicitly instructs DICE to refund tickets, DICE will process the refund.
- Wait-list resales for sold-out events can trigger a full refund when another fan buys your ticket.
- Some events offer a cooling-off refund option, usually within 24 hours of purchase and not within 24 hours of the event start time.
Additional Notes
- DICE says it cannot refund tickets just because you changed your mind or can no longer attend.
- Not every sold-out event has the wait-list feature enabled.
