  • All original tags, seals, and security tags must remain attached
  • Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box without packing tape or postal labels
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Refund Methods

  • Refund to original form of payment
  • Store credit (including for returns after 60 days)
  • Gift card credit for certain payment methods (e.g., Afterpay, PayPal)
