YETI Return Policy

Return Conditions
- All returns must be related to a YETI.com order.
- Merchandise must be non-customized, unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging; however, Tundra 45 with custom trim kits are eligible for returns.
- All returns must be processed through the YETI Returns portal.
- A packing slip must be provided with the return.
- A Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number is required for all returns, which is generated within the Returns portal.
Refund Methods
- Refunds will be returned to the original form(s) of payment.
- YETI does not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for returned products unless a YETI provided merchandise credit was applied to the original purchase.
- If an order was paid for with a YETI gift card and a credit card, funds will be returned to a new YETI gift card and a portion to the credit card.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Customized products are not accepted for return, with the exception of Tundra 45 with custom trim kits.
- Products purchased outside of YETI.com or through the RESCUES program are not eligible for return.
- For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies, and customers must contact them directly for more information.
- All YETI RESCUES sales are final.
- YETI does not currently accept returns at its YETI retail stores.
- Any shipping costs from the original order and any additional return shipping costs (if not using the provided prepaid label or for orders shipped to an APO/FPO address) are non-refundable.
Online / Mail Returns
- YETI offers free returns for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Returns must be processed through the YETI Returns portal.
- Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided.
- All returns must be dropped off at a UPS drop-off point.
- If you choose to return your product by methods other than the free UPS shipping option, you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
In-Store Returns
- YETI does not currently accept returns at its YETI retail stores.
Gift Returns
- YETI Gift Cards are not available for purchase and are only available as replacement options for customers who have returned recalled products or when a YETI gift card was part of the original purchase payment.
- If an order paid for with a YETI gift card and a credit card is returned, the funds will be returned to a new YETI gift card and a portion to the credit card.
Exchange Policy
- YETI does not currently offer direct exchanges.
- To exchange an item, customers should return the original item for a full refund and place a new order on YETI.com for the correct item.
Additional Notes
- YETI offers free standard shipping on all qualified orders for YETI account holders or on orders $40.00 and up for non-account holders shipped in the United States only.
- YETI does not price match with dealers or competitors.
- Any approved warranty exchanges must be requested separately, as the return policy focuses on refunds for purchases.
