Return Conditions

Exceptions & Restrictions
DSW
- Merchandise marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
- Purchases through DoorDash or Uber are eligible for DSW merchandise credit only within 30 days of purchase, unless marked Final Sale.
- Worn items are generally not accepted unless they are deemed defective.
- Returns made after 60 days with an original sales receipt or shipping invoice will be issued as a DSW merchandise credit.
- Gift returns receive a DSW merchandise credit or even exchange with a gift receipt.
- Luxe810 items must be returned within 30 days, with original certification document and security tag attached. Jewelry and watches require a return authorization code.
