Return Conditions
- Jewelry must be in good condition.
- Watches must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.
- All original packaging, certificates, warranties, and instructions must be included.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
- Cash refunds over $500 are issued as a check from the corporate office within 21 days.
- Refunds for purchases made with a gift card will be in the form of a new gift card.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Special ordered watches cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom designs are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Ear piercing earrings, gift cards, and merchandise from the Jewelry Replacement Plan cannot be returned.
- Merchandise purchased using Progressive Leasing cannot be exchanged.
Online / Mail Returns
- You can start your return online and use a prepaid shipping label.
- The original packing slip or a copy should be enclosed.
- If you don't have a printer, a digital return code can be shown at an eligible UPS location to have a label printed.
- Online purchases can also be returned to any Zales or Zales Outlet store.
In-Store Returns
- Bring the items with all original certificates and accessories to a local store.
- For online purchases returned in-store, the original packing slip, a copy of the ship confirmation email, or the online purchase receipt is required.
Gift Returns
- With a gift receipt, items can be returned for a gift card within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Jewelry can be exchanged within 60 days and watches within 30 days with a gift receipt.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
- Jewelry can be exchanged within 60 days of the purchase or shipment date.
- Watches can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase or shipment date.
- Exchanges for online orders must be done in-store.
Additional Notes
- Shipping and handling costs are not refunded unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- For in-store purchases returned without a receipt, you can only exchange the item or receive a gift card at the current price, minus any promotional discounts.
