Return Conditions
- Item must be unused and in the same condition it was received.
- Item must be in the original packaging.
- A Return Authorization must be obtained from Titan Fitness before returning.
Refund Methods

Exceptions & Restrictions
- "Scratch and Dent" or "Blemished" items are not eligible for return.
- Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-returnable.
- Items that are not in new condition or are not in their original packaging cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Online / Mail Returns
- To initiate a return, you must fill out and submit a support form to obtain a Return Authorization.
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- For items over $75, purchasing shipping insurance is recommended.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a defective product, Titan will refund the original purchase price and provide return shipping if reported within 30 days.
- If an order arrives via freight with damage or missing items, it must be noted with the freight company before signing for the delivery.
Exchange Policy
- Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged.
Additional Notes
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns that are not related to quality or warranty issues.
- Original shipping costs and any upgraded shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
