Return Conditions
- For change-of-mind returns, goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them.
- Opened products can be returned if you have a receipt.
- Any promotional or gift items included with your order must also be returned for a full refund.
Refund Methods
- Refunds for credit or debit card purchases will be issued back to the original card.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Cosmetics that have been unsealed or opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived unsealed.
- Gift sets are final sale and ineligible for return or refund.
- Gift Cards and Product Samples are non-refundable.
Online / Mail Returns
- Online returns can be initiated via the company's online returns portal or by emailing support@us.thebodyshop.com.
- You must provide your order number or the confirmation email.
- A $10 handling fee will be assessed for returns.
- Returned items are processed within two working days of receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, you can exchange them or get a full refund.
- Damaged or faulty products must be reported and sent back within 14 days of the order delivery date.
- You may be required to submit photographs of the damaged or faulty goods via the returns portal.
- When returning damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders, the full purchase price, original delivery charges, and return shipping costs will be refunded.
Additional Notes
- You can return your purchase within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied.
- For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning items.
