Return Conditions
- Items must be returned with tags fully attached.
- Proof of purchase is required (store receipt or order number).
- Free returns are offered for orders from over 150 countries.
Refund Methods
- For online orders returned in-store, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Returns are not accepted at concession stores and retail outlets.
- If you cannot return an in-store purchase to a store, you must contact customer service and provide a picture of the item with tags attached.
- Shipping fees are not refunded on returned orders.
Online / Mail Returns
- Online returns are initiated through a returns portal.
- You will need your order number and email address to start the return process.
In-Store Returns
- Online orders can be returned to standalone Sweaty Betty stores within 45 days of purchase.
- You must bring your store receipt, confirmation email, or order number along with your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Faulty items can be returned within 1 year of purchase by contacting Customer Care with your order number/receipt and photos of the fault.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or style through the online returns portal.
