Return Conditions

  • Item must not be marked 'Final Sale'.
  • Returns will not be accepted if received more than 90 days from the purchase date.
  • Only items purchased from TeaCollection.com are eligible for return.

Refund Methods

  • For items received within 60 days of purchase, a full refund is issued to the original form of payment.
  • For items received within 90 days of purchase, a merchandise credit is issued.

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • Items marked 'Final Sale' or included in Warehouse Sale promotions are not eligible for return, exchange, or price adjustment.
  • Individual items from a set cannot be returned; the entire set must be returned.
  • Returns or exchanges for Canadian orders are not accepted.

Online / Mail Returns

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A Tea return shipping label can be used for a $7 deduction from the refund.
  • Customers can use their own shipping method with tracking and delivery confirmation.

Gift Returns

  • Gift returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • A downloadable form must be completed and included with the return.
  • A store credit and a free shipping code will be emailed once the return is processed.

Price Adjustments

  • No price adjustments are offered on items marked 'Final Sale' or included in Warehouse Sale promotions.

Exchange Policy

  • To exchange an item, place a new order online using the free shipping code from the return confirmation email.
  • The new order will be billed to the credit card, and a refund for the original items (minus return shipping) will be processed upon receipt.

Additional Notes

  • Effective January 1, 2024, returns received more than 90 days from the purchase date will no longer be accepted.
  • Store credit used for the original purchase is refunded first before the secondary payment method.
