Return Conditions
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the product.
- The merchandise must be 'returns-eligible'.
- Repack all contents in the original packaging, including the item and the provided pack slip (or a note with your order number).
- Cover or remove all original shipping labels on the box or package the item arrived in.
- Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund; do not mix jewelry and non-jewelry items in the same return package.
Refund Methods
- Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original order was paid.
- Credits to a credit card will be applied upon processing, but may not appear on the statement for one to two billing cycles.
- The Q Return Label fee will be deducted from your refund, or for check orders, deducted from merchandise credit.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- After 30 days of receipt, all returns, replacements, service, and support must be handled directly between the customer and the manufacturer.
- Some items cannot be exchanged but may still be eligible for a refund.
- Blowout Clearance Price items are excluded from QVC's 90-Day Extended Return Policy; for these items, QVC will only accept returns or exchanges due to product defects or QVC errors.
- Food, personalized items, and gift cards are excluded from the 90-Day Extended Return Policy.
- Exchanges are only possible for items that are currently in stock; if the item is not in stock, a refund will be issued.
- Exchanges can only be processed for items with identical item numbers.
Online / Mail Returns
- Customers can start a return or exchange online via 'Order Status' on QVC.com.
- Option to print a prepaid Q Return Label directly from your device, allowing return via UPS or USPS.
- Option for printer-less returns by generating a USPS or UPS QR code to be scanned and printed at a USPS or UPS store.
- Option to schedule a next-day USPS pickup from a home, workplace, or other US address at no additional cost if the Q Return Label says 'Parcel Return Service'.
- Customers can use a shipping carrier of their choice; it is recommended to select ground service and insure the item for its full value.
In-Store Returns
- Customers can drop off packaged and labeled returns at select retail stores that support UPS package drop-offs, including CVS, Michaels, Advance Auto Parts, and Staples.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If an item is returned due to defect or because QVC was in error, QVC will refund the shipping and handling charges and will not deduct the Q Return Label fee.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are free, with QVC covering the return shipping costs for exchanges.
- Exchanges are available as long as the order still qualifies for the 30-day return policy.
- To arrange an exchange, visit 'Order Status' online or contact Customer Service.
- The original item should be returned within 15 days of contacting QVC for an exchange.
- Exchanges allow customers to receive the same item in another size or color.
- If an exchange results in additional merchandise or shipping costs and payment was by credit card, the credit card will be charged. Other payment methods may lead to order cancellation and a refund.
- All exchanges must be sent to the same shipping address as the original item; if a different address is needed, the item should be returned for a refund and a new order placed.

- Refunds generally include the purchase price minus shipping and handling and the Q Return Label fee, unless the item was returned due to defect or QVC error.
- The shipping and handling fee is a comprehensive charge that covers various costs, including labor, packaging, internal processing, and carrier fees, and may exceed the actual amount QVC pays to its carriers.
