  • Item must be in its original packaging.
  • All original tags must still be attached.

Refund Methods

  • A refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • If a Gift Card was used, a new Virtual Merchandise Credit will be issued.

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping and handling for the delivery and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Any discounts applied at the time of purchase will be prorated per item.

Online / Mail Returns

  • A flat rate of $6.00 for return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
  • Online orders must be returned by mail and cannot be returned in-store.
  • Customers can initiate a return online to print a return label.

Exchange Policy

  • Mountain Hardwear has a return and reorder process instead of a direct exchange. Customers should return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
