Return Conditions

  • Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item(s).
  • Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all regular stock furniture returns.
  • Accessories such as rugs, lamps, and wall art do not incur a restocking fee.

Refund Methods

  • Refunds are generally issued to the original form of payment.

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • Custom Special Order items and 'as-is' marked items are not accepted for return.
  • Mattresses, box springs, pillows, comforter sets, and other bedding products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Clearance 'as-is' items and floor models are final sale.

Online / Mail Returns

  • To initiate a return for an online order, customers must call Guest Services to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Items can be returned to any Living Spaces store location or shipped to a designated return facility.

In-Store Returns

  • Items can be returned to any Living Spaces store location.
  • An RMA number from Guest Services is required before returning items to a store.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • For damaged or defective items, customers should contact Guest Services at 877.266.7033.
  • Living Spaces offers a limited one (1) year warranty against defects in workmanship and material.

Price Adjustments

  • If an item goes on sale within 30 days of purchase, Living Spaces will refund the difference.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are not offered; however, customers can return an item for a refund within 7 days and place a new order.
  • For reselections on regular stock items for a lesser value, a 10% restocking fee and a redelivery fee will be charged.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item, and the pickup must be within 21 days of receipt.

Additional Notes

  • Original shipping, delivery, and handling charges are non-refundable, except for damaged or defective merchandise.
  • If a return requires a pickup from your home, a pickup fee will be charged.
