Holiday Extension

Return Conditions

  • Items purchased from an authorized retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase.
  • PRO SALES DEAL account purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Methods

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • For gift returns, an e-Gift Card is issued.
  • If a purchase was made with a gift card and another payment method, the refund is first applied to the gift card.

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • Direct exchanges are not offered.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers in HI, AK, US territories, and abroad must use their own shipping carrier for returns.

Online / Mail Returns

  • Returns can be initiated by signing into your KÜHL account to start a 'Quick Return'.
  • A return shipping label fee of $7.50 will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customers can use their own shipping method to avoid the label fee.

In-Store Returns

  • Items purchased on Kuhl.com can be returned at a KÜHL-owned retail store.
  • You will need the email of the account used for the purchase and the order number.

Gift Returns

  • Gift returns must be coordinated in advance by calling Customer Service.
  • The purchaser's name, email, and order number are required.
  • Refunds for gift returns are issued as a KÜHL e-Gift Card.

Damaged or Defective Items
