Return Conditions
- You must not be completely satisfied with the quality of a product.
- Refund requests must include the purchaser's full name, email address, delivery date, product name, quantity, and reason for the request.
- The request must be submitted via the online form to Customer Happiness.
Refund Methods
- Store credit
- Original form of payment
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase will be refused.
- Refunds will not be issued for accidentally purchasing an incorrect number of products.
- The company reserves the right to refuse any request deemed to be a violation of the Terms of Service.
Damaged or Defective Items
- For incorrect, defective, or damaged products, a refund will be issued to the original payment method after Grove Collaborative receives the returned item.
Additional Notes
- If you are unsatisfied for reasons other than quality (e.g., the product was not what you expected), the refund may be issued as store credit.
- If the original payment method is unavailable (e.g., canceled credit card), the refund may be issued as store credit.
