Return Conditions
- Products must be in new or gently used condition.
- Only items purchased from esteelauder.com are accepted.
- Returns must include any free promotional items that came with the original purchase.
- All returns are inspected upon receipt at the warehouse.
Refund Methods
- The purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- For returns accepted after 30 days, the refund may be in the form of an electronic gift card or a refund check.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- eGift cards, gift cards, promotional items, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Products purchased at an Estée Lauder retail store or department store counter cannot be returned to esteelauder.com.
- Returns received after 30 days are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of Estee Online.
Online / Mail Returns
- Free returns are offered on eligible items.
- Customers can start the return process online to generate a QR code or a prepaid shipping label.
In-Store Returns
- Online purchases may not be accepted for return or exchange at an Estée Lauder Counter.
Gift Returns
- If you would like to return or exchange an item you received as a gift, you are advised to use the chat feature on their website.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Damaged, missing, or wrong items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment.
- Claims for lost, missing, wrong, or damaged items must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- You must retain any damaged, wrong, or missing items, including the shipping container.
Exchange Policy
- To exchange a product, you must return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
Additional Notes
- Estée Lauder Online monitors return claims for abuse.
- Returns for items purchased at a retail location should be taken back to the original place of purchase.
