Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in brand new condition.
- Tags must still be attached to the products.
- Items must have been purchased directly from the Fjällräven website or a Fjällräven retail store.
Refund Methods

Exceptions & Restrictions
- Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
- Customized products are not eligible for return.
- Used items will not be accepted for return.
Online / Mail Returns
- Online purchases can be returned by mail using a pre-paid return label provided through the Returns Tool.
- Online orders can also be returned to a Fjällräven retail store.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
In-Store Returns
- Purchases made in a Fjällräven retail store must be returned or exchanged at a retail store.
Gift Returns
- Gift returns for online purchases can be processed to avoid refunding the original purchaser.
Damaged or Defective Items
- For warranty claims, you can use the online returns tool to register the claim and receive further instructions from customer service.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for unused items in new condition with tags attached.
- US customers can process an exchange by mail for the same item in a different size or color.
- To exchange for a different item, you must return the original product and place a new order.
Additional Notes
- Items purchased from a third-party retailer cannot be returned to Fjällräven.
- For returns from outside the continental United States or Canada, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
