Return Conditions
- Items must be in original condition (unworn and unwashed).
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Returns may be refused if items do not meet these conditions.
Refund Methods
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or to Filson Credit.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Final Sale items may not be returned.
- Hemmed items are not eligible for return.
- Altered items cannot be returned.
Online / Mail Returns
- The return window is 30 days from the delivery date.

In-Store Returns
- The return window is 30 days from the purchase date.
- Returns and exchanges at store locations are free.
Gift Returns
- Gift returns will be refunded as a Filson Gift Card or to the original purchaser's payment method.
- Purchasing information is required to process a gift return.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you can start a return and Filson will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
