Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- The return must be initiated through the Fashion Nova Returns Portal.
Refund Methods
- Store credit in the form of a Fashion Nova e-gift card
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, and lingerie cannot be returned.
- Cosmetics and accessories are non-returnable.
Online / Mail Returns
- Returns can be initiated through the Fashion Nova Returns Portal.
- A prepaid return label is available for a fee, which will be deducted from the store credit.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after being delivered.
In-Store Returns
- Online purchases can be returned to any Fashion Nova retail store.
- In-store returns for online purchases will be issued an e-gift card.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Additional Notes
- Refunds are issued as store credit, not back to the original form of payment.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
