Virgin Atlantic refunded in cash instead of points

Hi friends, Need some advice. I had a booking for 2x ANA F to Tokyo through VS points. They cancelled my booking and refunded me with cash. I haven't kept up with Virgin Atlantic's bankruptcy situation, should I just take the cash or should I push for them to give me the points back?
