How to Get a Refund — Step by Step

  4. 4If having trouble or for other retailers, email support@shipt.com

When You Can Get a Refund

  • Canceled items initially paid for with an EBT card
  • SNAP EBT-eligible items are unavailable or customer decides to cancel order
  • Item issue reported through Shipt app or website
  • Item received has been recalled
  • Recall refunds only for Club or Lowes Foods, otherwise contact support

Shipt returned to store Best Buy won't refund or replace

I purchased a MacBook on Cyber Monday 11/27/23, Best Buy had it being delivered by Shipt on Tuesday and it never arrived. BB status shows it was returned to them. I paid for a few Shipt orders on my credit card. They reimbursed these orders to my main bank account (not credit card). Is this right? It's almost like getting a zero interest cash advance and seems sketchy. I immediately paid the money back to my credit card but is this normal?

so this happen to me today. I had this lady order 3 individually potatoes. after I delivered her order she text me back telling me that she order the 5lb . I try to explain to her that she didn't the 5lb cost $2.99 not $0.99. she was really upset. she called shipt and they gave her money back.
