How to Get a Refund — Step by Step
- 1Log in to the Breezy Rewards® Account used to book the reservation.
- 2Navigate to your reservations to manage or cancel your booking online.
- 3Ensure the cancellation is made more than one hour before the scheduled departure time to avoid forfeiture of funds.
- 4If eligible for a refund to the original form of payment (e.g., within 24 hours of booking for a flight 7+ days out, or with 'Fully Refundable' add-on), select that option. Otherwise, a Flight Credit will be issued.
- 5An email will be sent to the email linked to the reservation once it has been canceled.
When You Can Get a Refund
- Bookings made at least seven (7) days (168 hours) in advance are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment if the entire reservation is canceled within 24 hours of booking.
- Unless the 'Fully Refundable' add-on has been purchased, all fares are nonrefundable, and cancellations will result in Flight Credits.
- All changes and cancellations must be made more than one hour before the flight's scheduled departure time.
- Failure to board a flight or change or cancel an itinerary at least one hour before the scheduled departure time results in forfeited travel funds and additional services.
- If Breeze Airways cancels your flight, the canceled portion of your reservation will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- Reservations containing 'No Flex Fares' can only be canceled in full for a partial Flight Credit, depending on the date of cancellation. Changes are not permitted for these fares.
All Refund Methods
- Original form of payment (for cancellations within 24 hours of booking, if flight is 7+ days out, or if 'Fully Refundable' add-on was purchased and canceled at least 1 hour before departure).
- Flight Credit (for most other cancellations, issued to Breezy Rewards Account).
- BreezePoints (for canceled bags, pets, or seats linked to changed flights, or if the original booking was made with BreezePoints).
Partial Refunds
- Reservations containing 'No Flex Fares' can be canceled for a partial Flight Credit, with the amount depending on how early the cancellation occurs.
- If you change or remove extras like bags, pets, or seat upgrades and still plan to travel, any refunds for these add-ons will be issued as Flight Credits to your Breezy Rewards Account.
Additional Notes
- Breeze Airways primarily sells non-refundable tickets unless a 'Fully Refundable' add-on is purchased.
- Flight Credits for canceled reservations expire 12 months from the original date of booking.
- Breeze Airways does not charge an additional change or cancellation fee.
- If the original form of payment for a refundable reservation was Flight Credits, the refund will be issued back as Flight Credits. If a combination of credit card and Flight Credits was used, each payment method will be refunded as it was used.
