How to Get a Refund — Step by Step
- 1If your event is canceled and not rescheduled, no action is required for online purchases.
- 2If AXS or the venue approves refunds for your event, check your email and AXS account for the refund request option.
- 3Submit the refund request before the posted deadline if one appears in your account.
- 4Update expired payment card details in your AXS account if AXS asks you to do so.
When You Can Get a Refund
- All sales are final except in limited circumstances described by AXS.
- Canceled events that are not rescheduled are refunded automatically.
- Some postponed, rescheduled, or specially approved events may allow refund requests through your AXS account.
- Box office purchases must be refunded through the venue box office.
- Refunds are sent to the original payment method; AXS says it cannot refund an alternate card.

Additional Notes
- Postponed or rescheduled events may remain valid for the new date if no refund option is offered.
- AXS says special rules can apply to transfer tickets and tickets that were later resold.
