Cancel Tinder vs Hinge

Tinder

• **For Tinder.com purchases (order number starts with TNDR):** Go to tinder.com and log in. Tap your profile icon. Select 'Manage Payment Account'. Find the subscription you want to cancel. Tap 'Cancel Subscription'.
• **For iOS purchases (order number starts with MK):** Open your iPhone Settings. Tap your name at the top. Tap 'Subscriptions'. Find and select the Tinder subscription you want to cancel. Tap 'Cancel Subscription'.

Hinge

• To re-subscribe, you will need to return to Hinge to upgrade your subscription.
• If you delete your Hinge account and have an automatically renewing subscription, it will be canceled immediately, and you will permanently lose access to any remaining subscription benefits. Creating a new Hinge account during the original subscription period will require purchasing a new subscription.

Tinder

• Uninstalling or deleting the app will NOT cancel your subscription.
• Subscriptions can only be associated with one Tinder account at a time.
• If you've changed devices (e.g., from iOS to Android), you must cancel your subscription on your old device as subscriptions do not transfer between platforms.
• After canceling, you will be able to use the subscribed service until the end of your then-current subscription term, and the subscription will not renew.
• Canceling your subscription does not retroactively refund previous subscription payments, and previously charged fees cannot be prorated based on the cancellation date.

Hinge

• Subscriptions renew automatically, and you must turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the next billing period to avoid charges.
• Deleting the Hinge app or your Hinge account does NOT automatically cancel your subscription if it was purchased through an external service (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). You must cancel through the respective platform.
• If you delete your Hinge account (for Hinge payment subscribers), your subscription is immediately canceled, and you lose remaining benefits.
