If you cancel at any other time, you won't get a refund, but you can continue enjoying free deliveries through the end of your billing period. Charges applied up to 6 hours prior to renewal are refundable per the Instacart+ Terms. Cancellation Steps

Instacart+

Select the 3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner (website) or the Account icon in the upper right corner (app).
Select Your Instacart+ Membership (website) or Settings > Your Instacart+ membership (app).
Under Manage your membership, select Cancel membership.
Select Continue to cancel.
Select your reason for leaving from the dropdown list.
Select End on [date].

Shipt Membership

Log into your account at shipt.com or via the Shipt mobile app.
Select 'Account'.
Select 'Shipt Membership Profile'.
At the bottom, select 'How to cancel my membership'.
Tap 'Yes, cancel membership' to confirm.
Alternatively, to cancel by phone, call customer support at (205) 259-7798 between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. CT.
