Cancellation Steps

Instacart+

  • Select the 3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner (website) or the Account icon in the upper right corner (app).
  • Select Your Instacart+ Membership (website) or Settings > Your Instacart+ membership (app).
  • Under Manage your membership, select Cancel membership.
  • Select Continue to cancel.
  • Select your reason for leaving from the dropdown list.
  • Select End on [date].

Shipt Membership

  • Log into your account at shipt.com or via the Shipt mobile app.
  • Select 'Account'.
  • Select 'Shipt Membership Profile'.
  • At the bottom, select 'How to cancel my membership'.
  • Tap 'Yes, cancel membership' to confirm.
  • Alternatively, to cancel by phone, call customer support at (205) 259-7798 between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. CT.

  • If you signed up for a Shipt membership through Target, you must cancel your membership through the Target app.
