Additional Notes
Factor (meals)
- Cancellations must be made by the weekly cutoff (Wednesday 11:59 pm CT, 5 days before the scheduled delivery) to avoid the next shipment.
- Deactivating the plan pauses all future deliveries indefinitely; you can reactivate at any time without penalty.
CookUnity
- CookUnity offers plans of 4, 6, 8, 12, or 16 meals per week, with per-meal pricing ranging from approximately $10.39 to $14.23 depending on plan size — larger plans cost less per meal.
- All orders include a flat $9.99 or $11.99 delivery fee (depending on ZIP code); UnityPass members get free delivery.
- Canceling your subscription stops future orders but does NOT cancel any order already processed or billed — check your upcoming delivery schedule before canceling.
- Instead of canceling, consider skipping weeks (up to your area's cutoff, typically 4-6 days before delivery) or pausing your plan for up to 8 weeks.
- The cutoff time for making changes to orders varies from 4-6 days before your delivery day depending on your location.
- To report meal quality issues, contact support within 2 days of delivery at support@cookunity.com or text (347) 835-5020.
- CookUnity support is available 7 days a week from 7 AM to 11 PM EST via email (support@cookunity.com) or text message.
- No cancellation fees or penalties apply — you can cancel at any time without additional charges.
