Return Conditions
- Item must be in NEW condition
- Item must be returned in original packaging
- Include a copy of the packing slip in the shipment
- Return shipping should be via a traceable carrier at the customer's expense
Refund Methods
- Refund or exchange of the same item
- Refund processed at the Service Desk
- If no receipt, store credit may be issued at the lowest sale price
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Final‑sale and Last‑Chance Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
- Alcoholic beverages must be returned to the store of purchase with receipt and unopened packaging
- Items purchased online cannot be canceled or changed after the production phase
- Quality‑issue returns require contacting Customer Service for instructions
- Certain promotional items may have separate return restrictions
Online / Mail Returns
- Contact Customer Service to arrange return; returns are accepted but not encouraged
- Refunds for online orders are processed at the Service Desk only
In-Store Returns
- Returns can be brought to any Wegmans store with receipt and original form of payment
Gift Returns
- If no receipt, store credit may be provided
Damaged or Defective Items
- Quality issues can be returned for refund or exchange
Exchange Policy
- Exchange for the same item is allowed within the return window
Additional Notes
- Returns are subject to manager approval
- Alcohol returns require unopened packaging and receipt
