Return Conditions
- Items must be unwashed and unworn.
- Original price tags must be attached.
- A receipt (printed, digital, or gift receipt) is required.
Refund Methods
- Full refund in the original form of payment.
- A merchandise credit will be issued if the original form of payment is not available.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.
- Items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns without a receipt and original price tags will not be accepted.
In-Store Returns
- Bring your item(s) with original price tags and the printed, gift, or digital receipt to a store location.
Gift Returns
- Gift returns within 45 days of the purchase date with a gift receipt will receive a merchandise credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Defective merchandise is accepted for return within 45 days of the purchase date.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges for the same item and color but a different size are accepted within 45 days of purchase.
- All other transactions will be processed as a return.
- Exchanges are subject to store inventory availability.
Additional Notes
- All returns are subject to verification of the original sale.
- The Children's Place reserves the right to limit returns.
- Paper packing slips have been eliminated from online orders to reduce waste; receipts can be found in the Order Details section of your online account or via the Track Order link.
