Return Conditions
- For perishable items, returns are subject to the manager's discretion based on food safety policies.
- Appliances, electronics, and other general merchandise can only be returned if they are in the original, unopened packaging.
- Opened items may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty and should not be returned to the store.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
- If a purchase cannot be verified with a receipt or Price Plus Card, a store credit may be issued.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Items marked as 'reduced for clearance' or 'final sale' are not returnable.
- Baby formula purchased with WIC cannot be returned but can be exchanged if damaged or defective.
- Perishable foods purchased in excess or in error (e.g., wrong flavor or size) cannot be returned.
In-Store Returns
- Items can be returned to the store with the original paper or digital receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Additional Notes
- If a receipt is unavailable, a Price Plus® Club card can be used to verify the purchase.
- If the purchase cannot be verified by receipt or Price Plus Card, a valid ID may be required for an exchange or store credit at the lowest sale price within the last 30 days.
- The refund value will be adjusted to reflect any coupons or offers received at the time of purchase.
