Return Conditions

  • If you are not satisfied, for any reason, with any item (except noted exceptions) purchased through the Online Grocery Ordering Service, you can return it for a full refund or credit on account.
  • Notify the driver upon delivery or the Store Associate upon pick up, or contact Customer Service.
  • For any qualifying refund, a credit will be issued to the payment method used or as a credit on account for your next online order.

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • Baby formula cannot be returned or refunded once you have accepted delivery or picked up your order.

  • Tobacco products cannot be returned or refunded once you have accepted delivery or picked up your order.
  • A full refund for a substituted item can be requested within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
