Return Conditions

  • For merchandise from the 'Ralphs Heartbeats' collection, items must be new, unused, and unwashed.
  • All in-store purchases must be returned to a physical store.

Refund Methods

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
  • For returns without a receipt, refunds for items over $10.00 are issued on a Ralphs gift card, and refunds for items under $10.00 are given in cash.

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • Gift cards, taxes, and fees are not refundable.

  • 'Ship' products cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

In-Store Returns

  • All purchases made in-store must be returned to a store for a refund.
