Return Conditions
- Customers must be 100% satisfied with their purchase.
- For merchandise from the 'Ralphs Heartbeats' collection, items must be new, unused, and unwashed.
- All in-store purchases must be returned to a physical store.
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- For returns without a receipt, refunds for items over $10.00 are issued on a Ralphs gift card, and refunds for items under $10.00 are given in cash.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Gift cards, taxes, and fees are not refundable.
- The return of tobacco, beer, wine, and alcohol is governed by local law.
- Baby formula purchased using WIC cannot be returned but may be exchanged for the exact same item if damaged.
- A receipt is required to get a refund or replacement for baby formula.
- Online EBT refunds are not available.
- Shipping fees are not refundable for 'Ship' orders.
Online / Mail Returns
- For Pickup & Delivery orders, you can request a refund through the 'My Purchases' section on the website or mobile app.
- For items from 'Ship', refunds can be requested online by going to 'My Purchases' and selecting 'Request a Refund' in the order details.
- 'Ship' products cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
In-Store Returns
- All purchases made in-store must be returned to a store for a refund.
- All Kroger Co. Family of Stores accept returns of items purchased at any Kroger Co. Family of Stores location.
