Return Conditions

  • Items must be in new, unworn condition without any damages.
  • Original hang tags must be attached.
  • Try on all clothing with an undergarment.
  • For sets, both pieces must be returned together.
  • Shoes must be returned with the exact same style box; otherwise, a $15 processing fee will be charged.

Refund Methods

  • Refund to the original payment method (if returned within 21 days of the shipping date).
  • Merchandise credit via eGift Card (if returned after 21 days and up to 30 days of the shipping date).

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • Final sale items cannot be returned (includes sale styles, intimates, and swimwear).
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Bebe cannot provide shipping labels for APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses.

Online / Mail Returns

  • Returns are initiated through an online returns portal powered by Loop.
  • Only customers in the contiguous US can obtain a shipping label.
  • A $12 return fee applies if Checkout+ was declined at the time of purchase, which will be deducted from the total refund.
  • Free return shipping is offered for eligible items if Checkout+ was opted into at the time of purchase.

In-Store Returns

  • Online purchases must be returned via the online return portal only.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Investigations into UPS shipments usually take 2-3 weeks, and original packaging may be required as evidence.
