Return Conditions
- Products must be returned unused.
- Item must be in the original packaging.
- If a product is found to be used, 30% of the product cost will be withheld from the refund.
Refund Methods
- Original form of payment
Exceptions & Restrictions
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
- A return shipping fee of $9.95 for open stock items will be deducted from the refund.
- A return shipping fee of $19.95 for cookware sets will be deducted from the refund.
Online / Mail Returns
- To initiate a return, log in to your account or use the guest feature on the website.
- Repack the product in the original packing materials and include the completed Return Form.
- A return label will be issued.
- A fee of $9.95 per return label for open stock items will be deducted from your refund.
- A fee of $19.95 per return label for cookware sets will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
- For items with defects in material, construction, or workmanship, refer to the All-Clad Limited Lifetime Warranty.
- Contact the Consumer Service Department for a warranty evaluation and return authorization number.
- Upon approval, All-Clad will repair or replace the item without charge.
Additional Notes
- The return policy applies to purchases made directly from the All-Clad website.
- If a returned product is found to be used upon inspection, 30% of the product cost will be withheld from the refund.
