Cancellation Steps
Strava
- For subscriptions started on the Strava website: Log in to your account, click your profile picture, then navigate to Settings > My Account > Cancel subscription and complete the process.
- For subscriptions started on an Android device: Open the Strava app, tap the 'You' tab, then the gear icon for settings. Tap 'Your Strava Subscription' > 'Manage Your Subscription', which will direct you to the Google Play Store to manage the cancellation.
- For subscriptions started on an iOS device: Open the Strava app, tap the 'You' tab, then the gear icon for settings. Tap 'Your Strava Subscription' > 'Manage Your Subscription', which will redirect you to your Apple subscriptions to manage the cancellation.
Fitbit Premium
- To cancel through the Fitbit App (for subscriptions purchased via app stores):
- 1. Open the Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, then tap your profile picture.
- 2. Scroll down and tap 'Account Settings' (or just 'Manage Subscriptions' on some versions).
- 3. Tap 'Manage Subscriptions'. Your active subscriptions will open in your phone's app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
- 4. Tap your Fitbit Premium subscription and then 'Cancel Subscription'.
- To cancel through the Fitbit website (for subscriptions purchased directly from fitbit.com):
- 1. Log in to your account at coach.fitbit.com.
- 2. Click your name in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
- 3. Click 'Settings'.
- 4. Scroll down to 'Subscriptions and Payments'.
- 5. Select 'Edit' and then cancel the membership.

Third-Party Billing
Strava
- If you subscribed through the Android app, you must cancel your subscription via Google Play.
- If you subscribed through the iOS app, you must cancel your subscription via your Apple subscriptions in your iPhone settings.
Fitbit Premium

Additional Notes
Strava
- You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
- After canceling, you will retain access to subscription features until the end of your current billing period.
- Canceling your subscription will not delete any of your past activities or data.
Fitbit Premium
- Cancellation of your Fitbit Premium subscription will take effect at the end of your current monthly or yearly subscription term.
- If you purchased a 1-year Fitbit Premium subscription through fitbit.com, it does not automatically renew at the end of the year.
- If you elect to delete your Google Account, you may lose access immediately to the Paid Service without refund for the remaining term.
