Cancel Microsoft 365 vs Google Workspace

Microsoft 365

• Go to Subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account you use.
• Find your subscription and select 'Manage'.
• On the next page, select 'Cancel' (or it might say 'Upgrade or Cancel').
• Scroll through and follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.

Google Workspace

• Sign in to your Google Admin console using a Super Administrator account.
• In the Admin console, go to Menu > Billing > Subscriptions.
• Click on your Google Workspace subscription, then select 'More' (if available) > 'Cancel Subscription'.
• Select a reason for canceling and click 'Continue'.
• Review any offered alternatives to canceling and choose an option, or click 'Continue to cancel'.
• For your Workspace subscription, click 'Cancel My Subscription'.
