TJ Maxx

• Items must be returned in original condition (not washed, worn, damaged or altered) and with all hangtags and original packaging where possible.
• Certain items may include an additional security tag that must remain attached and intact.
• For in-store returns, plastic bags with barcodes your items arrived in are needed.

Marshalls

• Items purchased at marshalls.com can only be returned to a Marshalls store or to the Marshalls online warehouse.
• Items purchased at marshalls.com may not be returned to T.J. Maxx or any of our other sister brands.
• Return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the merchandise is defective.

TJ Maxx

• Merchandise bought in store cannot be returned online.
• Merchandise that is used, worn, or in unsellable condition will not be accepted.
• Items over $1000, handbags over $499.99, footwear over $499.99, and long occasion gowns are not eligible for in-store return.
• Shipping and handling costs and shipping surcharges are non-refundable.
• An $11.99 return shipping and handling fee is deducted from the refund for mail returns.
• Merchandise credits issued for returns without a receipt may not be used for online purchases.
• Items purchased at tjmaxx.com cannot be returned to Marshalls or other sister brands.

• Oversized items.
• Purchases made with PayPal and returned to a Marshalls store will receive merchandise credit.
• Purchases made with PayPal returned by mail will receive charge credit minus an $11.99 return shipping and handling fee.
• Items purchased partly or entirely with a Marshalls Gift Card will receive merchandise credit when returned.
• Returns with a receipt more than 40 days after the order date will receive merchandise credit.
• Returns without a receipt will receive merchandise credit.

• Cash refund or charge credit (with receipt within return window).
• Merchandise credit (with gift receipt, without receipt, or if purchased partly/entirely with TJ Maxx Gift Card or PayPal in-store).
• Charge credit for PayPal purchases returned by mail (minus shipping fee).
