- Buyers with physical tickets for canceled events should keep them for 30 days as sellers might require them back
Vivid Seats
- Refunds are generally only available for events that are officially cancelled and not rescheduled.
- All sales are final; there are no cancellations, returns, or exchanges for other reasons.
- Postponed or rescheduled events are typically not eligible for refunds, and the original tickets will be valid for the new date.
- If you are denied entry to an event at no fault of your own, you may receive a full refund.
- To qualify for compensation for a cancelled event, you may be required to return the original tickets.

- For canceled events, access your StubHub Wallet
- Select 'Request cash refund' on the appropriate credit in your wallet
- For postponed events, tickets are valid for the rescheduled date, and no refunds are provided by StubHub
- If unable to attend a postponed event, buyers can resell their tickets
Vivid Seats
- If an event is cancelled, Vivid Seats will send you a notification via email.
- The email notice will explain the specific terms and options available for your order.
- For a canceled event, you may automatically receive a Rewards Cash loyalty credit for 110% of your order total.
- If you prefer a full cash refund instead of the credit, you must contact the customer service team to request it.
- If required, return the physical tickets within the specified timeframe to qualify for compensation.
