Refund Conditions
StockX
- The item must be damaged, the incorrect item, or the incorrect size due to an error by StockX.
- The item must be unworn and in the condition it was delivered.
- The StockX verification tag or sticker must still be attached to the item.
- A 'Buyer Promise Support Request' form must be submitted within the required timeframe.
GOAT
- Item(s) must be in the same condition as when sent by GOAT, with original tags attached and all original packaging included.
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Item(s) must be shipped within 3 business days of receiving the return label.
- The returned item(s) will be evaluated by GOAT before a refund is issued.
- Items must include the GOAT-provided return label and packing slip.
Refund Steps
StockX
- Submit a 'Buyer Promise Support Request' form online within ten days of delivery.
- Provide your order number when creating the case.
- Upload required photos, including pictures of the issue, the full shipping box, the attached StockX verification tag, and the QR code on the tag.
- Wait for StockX to investigate the issue and provide a resolution.
- If eligible, use the provided shipping label to send the item back to StockX.
GOAT
- Open the GOAT app when you receive your package and tap 'Request Return'.
- Alternatively, contact customer support through the 'Submit Request' button on the support page to initiate a return.
- Once the return is initiated, you will receive a return label.
- Ship the item(s) back to GOAT within 3 business days of receiving the return label.

- Resolution with StockX support after an investigation. This applies to orders that are damaged, incorrect, or wrongly verified.
GOAT
- GOAT Credit
Additional Notes
StockX
- The Buyer Promise is the process for resolving issues with incorrect or damaged orders, which is different from the standard 14-day return policy for store credit.
- For items that are five years past their release date, a certain amount of aging and yellowing is permitted and may not be considered damage.
- If there is a size discrepancy between what was ordered and what was received, StockX will work to correct it at no charge.
GOAT
- Refunds are issued for the amount paid for the item, less shipping costs to and from you, any applicable return processing fee (up to 15% of the item's price), and any priority processing fee.
- All refunds are issued in the form of GOAT Credit for future purchases.
- GOAT reserves the right to make the final decision on all return requests.
