- 'Cancel For Any Reason' service provides an 80% refund and the service charge itself is nonrefundable.
- 'Cancel For Any Reason' is only available for initial flight-only bookings on spirit.com and must be purchased for all passengers.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the outbound flight will receive a Reservation Credit, not a refund (for 'Cancel For Any Reason').
- If not entitled to a refund, a Reservation Credit will be issued for the value of the reservation.
- No change or cancel fees apply to Spirit First and Premium Economy bookings, but a fare difference may apply.
- For COVID-19 related cancellations, full value is provided as a Reservation Credit valid for 6 months, no refunds are issued.
Frontier Airlines
- Frontier tickets are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds apply only if a rebooked/delayed/rescheduled flight was not taken, and a travel credit was not chosen instead of a refund to the original form of payment.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment either upon request or automatically after the scheduled departure date.
