- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the outbound flight will receive a Reservation Credit, not a refund (for 'Cancel For Any Reason').
- If not entitled to a refund, a Reservation Credit will be issued for the value of the reservation.
- No change or cancel fees apply to Spirit First and Premium Economy bookings, but a fare difference may apply.
- For COVID-19 related cancellations, full value is provided as a Reservation Credit valid for 6 months, no refunds are issued.
