Return Conditions
Saatva
- Initiate a return via the Order Tracker or your Saatva account using order number and email address
- $99 processing fee is charged for pick‑up of the returned item
- Return request must be made within the applicable trial period
- Items must be in their original condition
- Select a reason for return when submitting the request
Tempur-Pedic
- Mattresses: Must be returned within the 90-Night Sleep Trial, which begins on the day of delivery.
- Mattresses: It is recommended to try the new mattress for at least 30 nights before initiating a return to allow for adjustment.
- Other Products (Pillows, Bed Linens, Bed Frames, Mattress Toppers, Travel, Home Products, Office Chairs, Foundations, Power Bases): Only accepted for return if damaged at delivery or due to a product defect.
Exceptions & Restrictions
Saatva
- Adjustable Bases are not eligible for return or exchange
- Mattress toppers have no exchange policy; they must be returned and repurchased
- Bedding, crib mattresses, lamps, and dog beds have a 45‑night free‑return policy with no exchange option
- Bed frames are subject to a $99 processing fee and exclude adjustable bases
- Mattress toppers are covered by a 180‑night trial rather than the 365‑night trial
Tempur-Pedic
- A return fee of $175 (plus tax) applies to mattress returns or exchanges within the 90-night trial. This fee is non-refundable.
- Pillows, Bed Linens, Bed Frames, Mattress Toppers, Travel, Home Products, Office Chairs, Foundations, TEMPUR-Ease® and TEMPUR-Ergo® Power Bases, and TEMPUR-Ergo® Smart Bases are non-returnable unless damaged at delivery or defective.
- Closeout/final sale mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged and do not qualify for the 90-Night Sleep Trial.
- Purchases made from authorized third-party retailers are subject to that retailer's specific return and exchange policies.
Refund Methods
Saatva
- Credit‑card refunds within 180 days are returned to the same card used for purchase
- Credit‑card refunds after 180 days are issued via check or ACH
- PayPal refunds are sent to the buyer’s PayPal account within one year
- PayPal refunds after one year are issued via check or ACH
- Affirm payments are refunded to the buyer’s Affirm account within one year
Tempur-Pedic
- Refund to original payment method, minus the return shipping fee for eligible mattress returns.
