Return Conditions
Ring
- A full refund must be requested within 45 days of the order's ship date.
- There are no charges for returns within the 45-day period.
- A prepaid shipping label will be provided via email after the return request is completed.
Wyze
- Product must be purchased directly from Wyze's official website (wyze.com) or the Wyze App.
- Product must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
- Product must be in its original condition with all original cords, adapters, documentation, accessories, and packaging.
- Product must be returned from within the country where it was originally shipped to by Wyze.
- If purchased as part of a bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned for a full refund.
- If a free item was received with the original purchase, it must be returned, or the refund will be reduced by its prorated value.
Exceptions & Restrictions
Ring
- Products purchased from Amazon or other retailers must be returned according to their respective policies.
- Ring can only process returns for items purchased directly from Ring.com.
- Devices outside the one-year manufacturer's warranty and any extended warranty are not eligible for replacement.
Wyze
- Wyze will not accept returns of products purchased from other retailers; these are subject to that retailer's policies.
- Final Sale items may not be returned.
- Refurbished items are generally not eligible for return, except potentially under warranty claims for defects within 30 days of purchase.
- Service plans (e.g., Cam Plus, Cam Protect, Wyze Home Monitoring) cannot be returned through the product return portal.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product is not in its original condition or is missing original components.
- Wyze is not responsible for any contents or valuables that may be stored inside a product (e.g., Wyze Gun Safe) when it is returned.

Ring

Online / Mail Returns
Ring
- Find your order number from your confirmation email or by logging into your Ring.com account.
- Use the appropriate link on the returns page based on your order number format to start the process.
- Once the request is completed, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and packing instructions via email.
- A confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent after completing the return process.
Wyze
- Returns are initiated by visiting the Wyze Return Portal (e.g., wyze.com/pages/returns-portal for USA/Puerto Rico).
- The process requires entering the order number and the email address associated with the Wyze account.
- Wyze provides a prepaid return shipping label.
- For orders placed using 'Buy with Prime' checkout, returns are processed through Amazon's system, initiated via the order confirmation email, and require drop-off at a USPS location.
Gift Returns

- For items given or received as a gift, Wyze will issue a refund to the payment method used by the original purchaser, or issue Wyze store credit (typically a Wyze gift card) to the original purchaser.
Damaged or Defective Items
Ring
- If a device is outside the 45-day return window but not operating as expected, contact Customer Support to check for in-warranty replacement eligibility.
Wyze
- If a product has a quality issue or is defective, customers should file a warranty claim.
- Under the limited warranty, Wyze will, at its sole option, replace any defective product or component, or accept the return and provide Wyze store credit or a Wyze gift card.
- Replacements may be made with new or refurbished products or components.
Additional Notes
Ring
- In the U.S., Ring works with a third-party provider, Narvar, to assist in device returns.
- The return process varies slightly depending on the prefix of your order number (e.g., 001, 011, or 004).
Wyze
- Unless prohibited by law, any shipping and handling charges from the original purchase will not be refunded or credited.
- Wyze does not take title to returned products until the product is received by Wyze.
- Returns can be rejected if the specified process is not followed or if the product is not eligible for return.
