Return Conditions
Gucci
- All items must be in original condition with original tags attached.
- Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
- Jewelry, watches, sunglasses and ready-to-wear items must have the return tag intact.
- Beauty products can only be returned if unopened.
Louis Vuitton
- Merchandise must be in perfect, saleable condition.
- The original receipt is required.
- Beauty products must be unused and in original packaging with accompanying accessories.
- Perfume packaging must remain sealed.
Exceptions & Restrictions
Gucci
- Made to Order or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items purchased at a Gucci store, outlet, or other retailer cannot be returned to Gucci.com.
- Intimates, including swimwear, tights, socks and lingerie, can only be returned in new condition.
Louis Vuitton
- High Watches and High Jewelry are considered final sale.
- Personalized or made-to-order items, including hot-stamped or engraved products, are final sale.
- Online purchases made with PayPal may only be returned or exchanged via the online store.

- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Online / Mail Returns
Gucci
- Returns can be initiated through your My Gucci account, the delivery confirmation email, or by contacting a Client Advisor.
- A complimentary prepaid shipping label is provided for returns.
- Items should be packed in their original packaging.
Louis Vuitton
- Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at department store locations.
- PayPal purchases can only be returned or exchanged through the online store.
In-Store Returns
Gucci
- Items purchased on Gucci.com can be returned to a Gucci store within 30 days of delivery.
Louis Vuitton
- Merchandise purchased at a freestanding Louis Vuitton store cannot be refunded at department store locations.
- Items purchased in-store cannot be returned or exchanged online or through Client Services.
Gift Returns
Gucci
- Gifts purchased on Gucci.com may be returned.
- Refunds for gifts can only be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Louis Vuitton
- Gifts can be exchanged or returned with the original invoice or gift receipt, along with the original packaging and documentation.
- Refunds for gifts are issued to the original method of payment.
- When a gift is returned or exchanged, a notification will appear in the purchaser's MyLV account.
Exchange Policy
Gucci
- Exchanges for online purchases can be started through the link in the order delivery confirmation email or by signing into your MY GUCCI account.
- Exchanges are subject to merchandise availability.
Louis Vuitton
- Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Exchanges for items of equal or greater value are accepted at any freestanding Louis Vuitton store, with some country exceptions.
- Merchandise purchased at a department store can be exchanged at the same department store brand or at a freestanding Louis Vuitton store for an item of equal or greater value.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Items bought in a Gucci store, outlet, or other retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Louis Vuitton
- Merchandise purchased at a department store may only be refunded at the same department store brand.
- Louis Vuitton locations within Nordstrom have a specific return policy, and items must be returned or exchanged at the original Nordstrom purchase location with a Louis Vuitton employee.
