Refund Steps
Google Play
- Go to play.google.com.
- Click your Profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, and Budget & order history.
- For the order you want to return, click Report a problem.
- Select the option describing your situation, complete the form, and note you'd like a refund, then click Submit.

- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID that made the purchase
- Tap or click “I’d like to” and select “Request a refund”
- Choose the reason for the refund and click “Next”
- Select the specific app, in‑app purchase, or subscription and submit the request
