Cancellation Steps

AT&T

  • Call 800.288.2020 to cancel AT&T Internet, AT&T Internet Air, or U-verse TV service.
  • Call 800.331.0500 or use the Chat option (when available) to cancel wireless service or remove a line.
  • For Illinois or Massachusetts AT&T Internet Air accounts (ordered online) or Illinois, Massachusetts, and New York wireless accounts (ordered online), you may be eligible to cancel online at att.com/myatt.
  • Ensure only the account owner cancels home internet or U-verse TV services.
  • If canceling Internet service within 14 days of activation, return any leased equipment.

T-Mobile

  • Contact T-Mobile Customer Service by calling 1-877-746-0909 (or dial 611 from a T-Mobile phone) to cancel service.
  • For Business Customer Service, call 1-866-335-1467. For TTY service, call 1-877-296-1018.
  • If in Puerto Rico, you can mail your request to T-Mobile Executive Customer Relations, PO Box 191957, San Juan, PR 00919-1957, or call 1-877-746-0909.
  • Check and save your voicemail messages prior to canceling, as they will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

AT&T
