Cancellation Steps
Xbox Game Pass
- Go to Subscriptions on xbox.com.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Locate and use the option to cancel or turn off recurring billing.
PlayStation Plus
- On your PS5 console, go to Settings > Users and Accounts.
- Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select your PlayStation Plus subscription and then select Cancel Subscription.

PlayStation Plus
- Online via web (Account Management)
- Via PS5 console (Settings menu)

- Select 'Reactivate Subscription' to keep it active.
- Resubscribing after cancellation will reactivate the subscription.
Additional Notes
Xbox Game Pass
- Turning off recurring billing stops future charges, and you retain benefits until the expiration date.
- If a refund is approved, you will no longer be able to access the digital game product.
PlayStation Plus
- Your subscription will be deactivated starting from the next payment date after cancellation.
- You can stop making payments at any time by turning off auto-renewal.
