- All items must be in saleable condition for refunds to be processed.
- Only items eligible for return can be selected when initiating a return online.

- Monogrammed items.

Gift Returns

- Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit.

- Returns accompanied by a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Sur La Table virtual gift card.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or gift registry) is required for gift returns.
- Gifts can be exchanged for another item or a Sur La Table Gift Card.
- If an original purchase receipt is provided for a gift, a refund for the purchase price may be eligible.
- Duplicate gifts can be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items

- If an item arrived damaged or is incorrect, customers should contact Customer Service at 1-317-559-2041.
- Shipping fees do not apply in cases where merchandise arrived damaged or defective, an incorrect item was shipped, or duplicate shipments were received.
