Return Conditions

- Returned items are subject to quality inspection.

- Most items sold and shipped by Amazon can be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items should be in new, unused condition and in original packaging for a full refund
- Used or damaged returns may result in a partial refund or restocking fee (20-50% depending on condition and product type)
- No paper receipt required — Amazon tracks all orders in your account under 'Your Orders'
- Apparel and shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
- Electronics must include all original packaging, manuals, cables, chargers, and accessories — missing components may result in partial refund
- You have an additional 15 days to ship items back after a return is approved, even if the 30-day window has closed

Online / Mail Returns
Temu
- Returns are initiated through your Temu account on Temu.com or via the Temu app.
- If you do not have a Temu account, you can use the 'Save your Order' link in your Temu order email to make a return.
- Select the items you would like to return and the reason for the return.
- Temu will provide you with a return label.
- Place all returned items into one package and use the provided return label.
- Return shipping is free on your first return of one or multiple returnable items for EVERY order within the return window.
- If you have already returned items from an order and wish to return additional items from the same order, a $7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Pickup return method may incur an additional fee.
- If returning oversized or overweight items or from a remote area, you may need to pay the shipping cost in advance and contact Temu for reimbursement after the items have been returned and passed quality inspection.

Damaged or Defective Items
