Cancellation Steps
Norton
- Sign in to your Norton account.
- In the My Subscriptions tab, click 'Cancel Subscription Renewal' or 'Manage Renewal'.
- Next to Plan Renewal, click 'Unsubscribe'.
- Select a reason and click Next. If prompted, click 'No thanks, cancel my subscription,' and then Next.
- Allow up to 24 hours for the change to appear in your account.
McAfee
- Go to myaccount.mcafee.com and sign in.
- Navigate to either the 'Manage Renewals' or 'Subscriptions' tile.
- If 'Manage Renewals', click Manage Renewals > Manage Subscription > Cancel auto-renewal, then 'Turn off'. If 'Subscriptions', click Subscriptions > Turn off Auto-renew and follow prompts.

- Your subscription continues until the end of your paid term after canceling auto-renewal.
- A pre-billing notification email is sent before annual charges.
- Uninstalling the Norton app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

- An email confirmation is sent after turning off auto-renewal.
- Deleting your McAfee account requires canceling your subscription first.
